Topping-out ceremony for the FOCUS Logistics Park in Nohra
After around five months of intensive construction, the new logistics park in Nohra has taken visible shape: On Thursday, PRODAC, together with global real estate investment manager BGO, project manager Modevconsult from Weinheim, and general contractor Goldbeck, celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the FOCUS Logistics Park.
The approx. 55,000 m² brownfield site in Nohra, near the Erfurter Kreuz, was formerly used for industrial purposes and is now being redeveloped. A state-of-the-art warehouse and logistics facility with a total usable area of around 34,500 m² is currently under construction. This comprises 30,703 m² of warehouse space, 1,454 m² of office space, and 2,384 m² of mezzanine space.
The FOCUS Logistics Park is being developed in line with a comprehensive sustainability concept, with the goal of achieving DGNB Platinum certification. Key features include a photovoltaic system, innovative heating solutions based on renewable energy, CO₂-reduced and recycled building materials, as well as natural outdoor areas with dedicated well-being zones for employees.
Completion of the FOCUS Logistics Park in Nohra is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
