LogistiKids 2025 Award Ceremony – Children discover logistics with fun

With great creativity and enthusiasm, children from kindergartens and primary schools explored how logistics shapes our everyday lives as part of the LogistiKids 2025 competition. From kiwis to online parcels, the children engaged creatively with supply chains and the flow of goods. We are delighted to have supported this project as a sponsor!

Topping-out Ceremony for the New Barnet Europe Headquarters in Eschweiler

With a symbolic topping-out ceremony, PRODAC and Barnet Europe celebrated the construction progress of the new Barnet European headquarters in Eschweiler, around five months after the groundbreaking. In collaboration with BGO, PRODAC is developing a bespoke European headquarters for the globally active production, recycling, and trading company Barnet Europe at a strategically important location for the business.

Building Permit Granted for OAK Logistics Park near Munich

PRODAC and BGO are developing the OAK Logistics Park in the east of Munich – a sustainable logistics park with around 19,000 m² of total rental space, divisible into up to two flexible units. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. A DGNB Platinum certification is being targeted.

Kick-off for New Single-Tenant Hall in Castrop-Rauxel

PRODAC and OMNIDOCKS have secured the building permit for a modern logistics and warehouse facility in Castrop-Rauxel. Strategically located in a thriving industrial city with excellent connectivity to the A2 motorway, the development will deliver a modern single-tenant property offering approx. 8,552 m² of prime space.

FOCUS Logistics Park near Erfurt completed and now available for lease

In Nohra near Weimar, a new energy-efficient commercial and logistics property with approx. 34,500 m² of gross floor area has been developed. Located on the 55,000 m² site of the former sand-lime brick factory, the premises are available for lease either in their entirety or in subdivided units.

New Built-to-Suit Project: Construction Begins on Barnet Europe’s New European Headquarters in Eschweiler

With a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony, construction officially began on the new European headquarters of Barnet Europe in the industrial area of Zeppelinstraße/Dürwißer Straße in Eschweiler. The globally operating company is a manufacturer and distributor of synthetic fibers, polymers, and yarns and will now consolidate its activities at a single central location.

PRODAC supports this year’s initiative of the Logistics Network NRW, “LogistiKids 2025” — a nationwide ideas competition for preschool and primary school children that playfully introduces kids to the world of logistics.

Topping-out ceremony for the FOCUS Logistics Park in Nohra

After around five months of intensive construction, the new logistics park in Nohra has taken visible shape: On Thursday, PRODAC, together with global real estate investment manager BGO, project manager Modevconsult from Weinheim, and general contractor Goldbeck, celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the FOCUS Logistics Park.
