STEEL Logistics Park in Hattingen – the first columns are up!
Construction of the STEEL Logistics Park in Hattingen is continuing to rise: More than 90 of the total 360 columns have already been installed, making the scale of the new logistics location on Ruhrdeich 10 in Hattingen increasingly visible.
As construction progresses, one of our current projects in the Ruhr region is visibly taking shape. By Q2 2027, around 41,000 m² of modern WGK-compliant warehouse space will be created, complemented by approximately 3,600 m² of mezzanine space and 2,200 m² of office and social areas. The property can be flexibly divided into up to four units, offering a wide range of potential uses for companies in logistics, production and trade.
More than 140 car parking spaces will be available for employees and customers. The sustainability concept includes, among other measures, the use of renewable energy through energy-efficient heat pumps and a planned photovoltaic system, modern EV charging infrastructure, biodiversity-enhancing outdoor areas, and attractively designed recreation areas for employees.
