PRODAC leases around 23,200 m² at FOCUS Logistics Park to technology distributor Tekpoint
Tekpoint, an international distributor and wholesaler of telecommunications and consumer electronics, will occupy two of the three units at FOCUS Logistics Park. The transaction was brokered by REALOGIS.
PRODAC and BGOhave leased around 23,175 m² of space at FOCUS Logistics Park in Nohra near Erfurt to Tekpoint GmbH. The leased space comprises approximately 20,674 m² of warehouse space, 924 m² of office and social space, and 1,577 m² of warehouse mezzanine space. In addition, 24 car parking spaces and eight truck parking spaces are available.
“We are very pleased to have secured Tekpoint, an established international company, as a tenant at FOCUS Logistics Park. The letting of two of the three units confirms both the high quality of the project and the attractiveness of Nohra as a location,” says Lars Zimmermann, Managing Director of PRODAC Industrial Real Estate.
FOCUS Logistics Park was developed on a site of approximately 55,000 m² in the U.N.O. Business Park and provides a total lettable area of around 34,600 m² across three units. Key specifications include a clear warehouse height of 12.20 metres, a floor load capacity of 7 t/m², a WHG-compliant sealed warehouse floor and energy-efficient heating via heat pumps. The property is DGNB Gold certified. Its proximity to the A4 and A71 motorways as well as the Erfurt freight centre provides excellent transport connections.
One unit with approximately 11,400 m² of total lettable space is currently still available.
