FOCUS Logistics Park near Erfurt completed and now available for lease
In Nohra near Weimar, a new energy-efficient commercial and logistics property with approx. 34,500 m² of gross floor area has been developed. Located on the 55,000 m² site of the former sand-lime brick factory, the premises are available for lease either in their entirety or in subdivided units.
Strategically located between the trimodal freight transport hubs of Erfurt and Jena, the new Focus Logistics Park offers wholesalers, logistics providers, and parcel services a total of approx. 30,700 m² of hazardous goods-compliant warehouse space with 30 loading docks across three interconnected units. An additional approx. 1,450 m² is dedicated to office and social areas, while approx. 2,400 m² is allocated to the mezzanine storage level. The design of the units allows for both full and partial leasing.
The property was built on a site of around 55,000 m², previously an industrial brownfield formerly used as a sand-lime brick plant, which has been comprehensively revitalized as part of the project.
