Building Permit Granted for OAK Logistics Park near Munich
PRODAC and BGO are developing the OAK Logistics Park in the east of Munich – a sustainable logistics park with around 19,000 m² of total rental space, divisible into up to two flexible units. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. A DGNB Platinum certification is being targeted.
On a 33,000 m² brownfield site at the address Alte Ziegelei, a new building with a total gross floor area of approximately 19,190 m² is being constructed, including about 17,341 m² of warehouse space, 901 m² of mezzanine space, and 948 m² of office and social space. Completion is planned for the third quarter of 2026.
The project meets the highest sustainability standards, aiming for DGNB Platinum certification, and relies on renewable energies: a large-scale rooftop PV system and efficient heat pumps will ensure CO₂-friendly operation without fossil fuels. LIST Bau has been commissioned as the general contractor, while Modevconsult GmbH from Weinheim is responsible for on-site project management. Leasing of the space is being handled by PRODAC.
