PRODAC and OMNIDOCKS have secured the building permit for a modern logistics and warehouse facility in Castrop-Rauxel. Strategically located in a thriving industrial city with excellent connectivity to the A2 motorway, the development will deliver a modern single-tenant property offering approx. 8,552 m² of prime space.
The new facility will rise on an 18,300 m² brownfield site and is scheduled for completion in Q2 2026.
