Construction progress at the STEEL Logistics Park – the final columns are being installed!
It is the beginning of October, and we are taking a look at the progress of our development in Hattingen: construction is moving ahead quickly.
Unit 4 is almost complete externally. The roof and facade are nearly fully enclosed, and the final facade design is already clearly visible. In Units 2 and 3, all columns are in place. Installation of the roof structure and precast concrete elements is now underway. In Units 1, you can see that the foundations have been prepared and the final columns are being installed.
From spring 2027, a modern logistics facility built to DGNB Platinum standards will be available at this location. The property can be divided into up to four units of approximately 10,000 m² of warehouse space each, which can be leased individually or combined.
